THE HEALTHY CIRCUS

To be able to contribute to our lives at our best means giving ourselves the best opportunity to do that.


That means making sure that all the factors that create health are built into life.


The healthy Circus is our way of thinking about how to makes sure we give our team and supporters the best chance to create circus and theatre stories, workshop events and camp activities.


The activities themselves provide healthy exercise, fun and play, and good community experiences. Added to that we make sure that good quality healthy food is available to our Jump Fall Fly team, volunteers and anyone attending our events.


We want to share our ideas about healthy eating and so we are making a new cook book called CIRCUS l Delicious Plant based food recipes. The cook book will be available for presale in Jan 2020.
