We are not selling tickets at the gate.


IMPORTANT: Places are limited. We cap the camp numbers and group sizes for maximum benefit for the participants.

As time passes, if you do not book tickets for the Camp or Shows in advance you may not be able to get them on the day.

However EARLY BIRD prices are coming soon!

DAY PASSES

If you want a fun filled full day in a variety of classes and workshops then the day passes are the way to go.

You can attend ALL and ANY class or activity you want in the day. (subject to age appropriateness) 

1 Day Camp Passes

 Any day Monday to Sunday

 Any 2 days across a week

* Please note children 5 to 7 MUST be accompanied & supervised by an adult or responsible carer at all times.

RESIDENTIAL SUMMER CIRCUS CAMP

Young people from ages 8 to 16+ can join our week long stay on site CAMP.

Sharing glamorous super Bell Tents (max 4 per tent)


Included: are all the activities of the day camp PLUS Camping Accommodation

Excluded: Transport too and from the Camp Location *Tickets for Live Shows

(8 to 16+ year olds) per Young person for 1 week period. (Saturday to Sunday) £ 439.00

CAMP PARTICIPATION

Your young person does not have to participate all the time in the camp activities. We support self determination and self direction as part of our pedagogical approach. There is a general play area for young people wanting to take a break from activities.

Please note: discounts and reductions to the per week camp cost are not given in the case of partial attendance.


CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

All camp participants are celebrated for their achievements during their stay with us. Certificates are awarded on the last evening, after group performance/cabaret/share what you would like to share show!

OUR CAFE
We have our cute and magical Circus Cafe on Site and nutritious good value meals may be purchased from there. Cafe is open from 8.00am to 9.00pm each day.
FAMILY MEMBERS, WANT TO STAY OVER AT OUR CAMP?

Parents / Adults / Legal Carers may stay on site in support of young people participating in the camp or other activites.

We have camping space available for tents and some camper vans​.

  • Camp Site only, bring your own tent.  £ 5.00 per night (up to 2 persons) additional persons £ 5.00 per person per night.
  • Campervans:  £ 8.00 per night (up to 2 persons) additional persons £5.00 per person per night

 

FOOD: Please note that campsites do not have cooking facilities. If you are bringing your own tent or campervan you need to provide your own cooking facilities.

Please note:  Camping & Camper van space is limited. Book early! Sorry but no dogs

Concessions

We know that not everyone may have the funds to bring themselves and / or family along. We offer concessions to make sure that money does not become the barrier to your circus and theatre journey at our camp. Contact us us to find out what we can do....

RISK and RESPONSIBILITES

Once you have booked, confirmation of the booking is dependant on you agreeing to our terms.

These include a clear outline of responsibilities and risk management.

You should bear in mind though this is an outdoor and circus activity based camp.

All safety procedures will be thoroughly thought through and managed by qualified professionals so that, as a parent or guardian, you can relax.

There will be a first aid person on site at all times.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

​To secure your booking and attendance at the Circus Camp or other events you must pay at the time of booking and bring your ticket with you, either printed out or on your device. YOU WILL NOT have a place booked until it is paid for.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel please see details below

RESIDENTIAL CAMP BOOKINGS

Cancellation before 15th June 2020 - Full refund of payments made LESS 5% handling fee

After 15th June 2020 and before 1st July  - 25% cancellation fee

After 1st July 2020 - No refunds given

CAMP DAY TICKETS

Refund are given up to 48 hours prior to the day booked less a 5% handling fee

CAMPING / CAMPER VANS ONLY BOOKINGS

Same terms as residential Camp Bookings above

CIRCUS & THEATER SHOW / TALKS & SUPPER TICKETS

Up to 4 tickets booked tickets can be exchanged for other tickets or refunded up to 24 hours before the booked show date

Block bookings no refunds after 1st July 2020
