FAMILY CAMP DETAILS

Parents / Adults / Legal Carers may book young people (ages 9* to 17) from their family onto the camp

9 to 11 year olds

For young people aged 9 to 11 at least one parent / adult / legal carer must remain available on site from 5.30pm to 9.00am for the duration of the camp.

They may stay in our camping whilst the camp is taking place at the costs shown below.

12 to 17 year olds

Parents / Adults / Legal Carers must accompany them to the camp and must collect them when the camp ends.

Activities for Parents / Adults / Legal Carers

Adults may stay on site and camp in support of their young people (see costs below).

They may participate in any suitable classes and activities that allow for adult participation on a pay per class basis.

Class prices will be published nearer the time.

Discounts for families who wish to book one or more young person into the camp are available, please see below.

* Families with younger children below 9 years.

You are welcome to bring your whole family to the camp. Please contact us about what we can offer for 5 to 9 year olds.

CAMP COST

(9 to 17 year olds) per Young person for 1 week period. Eu € 449.00

Family Discounts below

2nd Young person: Eu € 429.00, 3rd Young Person: Eu € 399.00, 4 or more young people please contact us.

CAMPING COSTS

Participants

Cost of camping accommodation for young people booked onto the Camp is included in the above costs.

Please note camping is shared with a max of 4 persons per tent.

Parents / Adults / Legal Carers may stay on site:

Camp Site only, no tent. Eu € 5.00 per night (up to 2 persons) additional persons Eu € 5.00 per person per night.

A Lovely tent. You can hire one of our tents already set up for you (sleep up to 4). Eu € 20.00 per night (up to 2 persons) additional persons Eu € 8.00 per person per night.

Campervans: Eu € 8.00 per night (up to 2 persons) additional persons Eu 5.00 per person per night

FOOD: Please note that campsites do not have cooking facilities. If you are bringing your own tent or campervan you need to provide your own cooking facilities.

OUR CAFE

We have our cute and magical Circus Cafe on Site and nutritious good value meals may be purchased from there. Cafe is open from 8.00am to 9.00pm each day.

CAMP PARTICIPATION

Your young person does not have to participate all the time in the camp activities. We support self determination and self direction as part of our pedagogical approach. There is a general play area for young people wanting to take a break from activities.

Please note: discounts and reductions to the per week camp cost are not given in the case of partial attendance.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

All camp participants are celebrated for their achievements during their stay with us. Certificates are awarded on the last evening, after group performance/cabaret/share what you would like to share show!

SPECIAL NEEDS

If your young person has special needs (for example wheelchair access) please get in touch to discuss if we are a suitable venue and experience for them.

BOOKING

To reserve your place or places you need to make a 50% deposit.

The other 50% is payable by April 30th 2020.

CANCELLATION

Before 30th April 2020 FULL refund of your deposit made less a 5% handling fee
After 30th April 2020 but before 1st June 2020 - 50% cancellation fee of full amount due.
After 1st June - No Refunds Given

GETTING HERE

The camp takes place in Exeter, Devon, UK.

Nearest airport is Exeter (15 mins by car) Bristol (1 hr 25 mins by car)

Coaches run from Bristol Airport to Exeter City Centre

Nearest train station Exeter St Davids (13 mins by car)

Coaches run regularly from London to Exeter Coach Station. (10 mins by car)

Trains run regularly from London to Exeter St Davids

Exeter City Airport runs a bus transfer to Exeter City Centre.

We can give you detailed information on transport links once you have booked.

If driving:

The camp site is easily reached by car. Exact details will be given once deposit has been made.

Parking on site is free.

Campervans can only be left on site if using one of the booked areas for campervans. These must be paid for (see above)

TRANSFERS TO THE CIRCUS CAMP SITE

Taxi (from Exeter City Centre / Exeter St Davids Station) are NOT included in the costs.

Cost approx Eu 20 one way

For large groups we can arrange for transfer to and from the camp site the cost of which will be payable by the group. Please contact us for more information and costs.
