Federay Holmes is an Associate Artist at Shakespeare’s Globe where she directs and teaches acting, and is also an Associate of the experimental London theatre company, The Factory, for whom she writes and performs.
An actor for over twenty-five years, she has worked extensively in theatres around the UK as well as many London theatres. She has made many television appearances and performed in innumerable radio dramas for the BBC.
Richard Layzell is a London-based artist affiliated to ResCen at Middlesex University. His work in performance, video and installation – and with industry and communities – has been recognised internationally.
He held the Arts Council’s Video Art Bursary in 1980 and the resulting videotapes Floor, Power and Guide were extensively shown in Europe and N America.
Bruno’s Leg was commissioned by the Tate Gallery in 1987, The Revolution-You’re In It! by Kettles Yard Cambridge in 1989.
His interactive installation Tap Ruffle and Shave, commissioned by Glasgow Museums in 1995, toured to London, Manchester and Newcastle and was seen by 100,000 people.
Sanchia Hylton-Smith is a songwriter, vocalist and performer. She works as a senior manager in the third sector and has a passion for using the arts as a tool for personal development with socially excluded groups, both in her charity role, and as a self-employed trainer.
Gregory Thompson is a theatre director (AandBC, Royal Shakespeare Company, Young Vic) and UCL Creative Entrepreneur in Residence.
Brett Jackson trained at Lecoq in Paris and Centre National Arts Du Cirque at Chalon, building skills as a mime / acrobat.
Having directed projects in France he returned to England to work with Swamp Circus’ tented touring productions.
Brett has worked as a mime since 1984 and with Swamp has toured original contemporary circus productions since 1986.
Though working for dance, film and theatre companies Brett’s love is the travelling circus.
